❄ If you have requested an order, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms.
❄ Violation or disregard of my terms will:
• Rescind any art commissioned by me.
• Refund payment(s) (if applicable).
• Ban you from commissioning me again.

GENERAL
❄ I have the right to decline your commission, without explanation
❄ By commissioning me you certify that you are the legal age of majority in your country and are responsible to uphold this contract and to pay any charges invoiced under my terms of service. Only participate in any transaction only if you are able to pay of your own ability (have your own PayPal account/credit card and not use someone else’s especially parents’ if they’re not aware and have not consented!) In the case of minors and/or using another person’s PayPal account, if you still wish to commission me, please contact me first.
❄ To avoid being disappointed, please make sure to look at the past examples of my work!
❄ I will draw in my style, thus even with a provided colour palette and/or colour picking, I am likely to modify some colours a small bit to fit my style and the lighting/feel of the piece, therefore, there might be a slight colour change.
❄ If, in the unlikely case a Commissioner becomes excessively hostile, abusive or impossible to communicate with, I reserve the right to cancel the commission, without refund.
❄ I only work with illustrated + coloured references. I do not accept descriptions as reference. But this is still negotiable.
❄ My default canvas size will be at least 2700x2700px however Commissioner are free to request canvas size (limited to 3500px in both width and height) and canvas orientation. If not specified, I will use my default canvas size.
❄ Commission can take up to minimum of 2 weeks to 2 months to be completed. Deciding factors can be:
Complexity of commissionWorkload of commissionHealth issuesFamily issuesWorkUnexpected or sudden emergencies
However the Commissioner will be informed promptly should any issues arises or the commission took longer than 2 months to be completed.
❄ ANY deadline must be informed IN ADVANCE. I do not take any sudden deadline informed AFTER I have accepted your commission.
❄ Sketches and WIPs will be shared thrice for any correction. Only minor corrections are allowed after the artist starts the lineart or after the commission is completed. That is determined as "minor" is at the artist's discretion.
❄ MAJOR corrections will be charged accordingly, such as but not limited to:
-Character design changes
-Background changes
-Pose changes
-Adding or subtracting objects and/or characters
-Major lighting changes
❄ Additional fees include:
-Rush fees: $50 - $100
-Major corrections: +20-50% of the original price
-Complex background: +50% from original price
❄ Please consult/inform me before proceeding with anything. If you are experiencing any difficulties, feeling uncomfortable and/or unsure of anything during our transaction, please contact me as soon as possible and together we could try to make things work.
COPYRIGHT
Non-Commercial Use:
❄ The artist retain the full right to the artwork. Thus they have the right to use the commissioned art for how they seem fit (post and promote the commission to a portfolio, print it for distribution and sales and use it as self-promotion.) When using the artist will not misrepresent the original designs or the intent of Commissioner. If the Commissioner wants a private commission an agreement must be made before hand.
❄ Commissioners are allowed to:
>use the artwork for personal use only.
>print the art (for personal use), and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
>use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist (@neynanyan)
❄ It is the Commissioner's responsibility to save all artwork as the artist will delete the files after a maximum of three (3) months.
The following actions are considered copyright infringement:
❄ Redistribution, reproduction, repost, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.
❄ Altering, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever.
❄ Taking credit for the creation of artwork.
❄ Removal of watermarks/signatures
Commercial Use:
❄ As for commercial use, distribution for profit or to benefit non-profit organizations/entities are allowed.
❄ The Commissioner may use the artworks to others to use but a credit must be given to the me, the artist.
❄ A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will be 300% of the original price.
Others:
❄Nothing made by the artist (@neynanyan) may be used in any block-chain related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
PAYMENT
❄ All commissions must be paid full upfront and then the artist will start on the commission. For commissions above 100$, Commissioner is allowed to pay 50% of the original price. However this must be done before the artist start on the lineart. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the commission without refund.
❄ Payment needs to be sent within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in your commission being cancelled.
❄ The artist will only accept payments through Paypal and in USD currency (unless you're a Malaysian).
❄ The artist retains the rights to any and all transactions received from the commissioner.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
❄ Commissioner are entitled to a full refund if they request a cancellation BEFORE the artist start on the commission. 50% refund is allowed if the artist already did the sketches and BEFORE they do the lineart.
❄ No refunds after the artist has started on the lineart.
❄ If a charge-back is charged against the artist by the Commissioner, the rights of the commission will be retracted from the Commissioner and given to the artist.
❄ Commissioners have the full right to cancel their order before payment is sent.
❄ The artist has full right to cancel an order for whatever reason and without explanation. A refund will thus be issued to the Commissioner.
